NEW Vegan aubergine, chickpea and dried apricot tagine - Frozen
A fragrant Moroccan tagine in a rich spiced tomato based sauce with aubergine, chickpeas and dried apricots. This is the perfect main course or side dish and totally vegan!
Would be great served with couscous and a vegan herby yoghurt, pomegranate seeds to sprinkle over!
Also great if you have a couple of vegan guests amongst serious meat eaters, this can be served as a vegan variation of the lamb tagine or a great side dish to a spiced shoulder of lamb with preserved lemon. Just delish!
