Lilly is a passionate private caterer and trained chef who trained at Ballymaloe’s 12 week certificate course in Cork, Ireland in 2022.
I grew up in a restaurant. My parents ran the Punch Bowl restaurant in High Easter - Naturally myself and my siblings were on pot washing, potato peeling or veg cooking! Ultimately, I got hooked on the ability to get people excited over food.
I get a huge amount of joy from my work particularly working with my client base, many who I have been cooking for since I started. I never know what my next job will be; whether it’s film set catering, canapés in the middle of a field, picnics with runny scotch eggs and I just absolutely love it!!
Although I am primarily a private caterer who specialises in buffets, my winter business is very busy too with frozen meals, farmers markets and the occasional pop up shop.
I source carefully, I use local whenever I can and know all my suppliers on a first name basis. Its important that their amazing ingredients shine.
