NEW: Squidgy chocolate pear cake - Frozen
My family’s favourite dessert is my nana’s poached pear and chocolate cake. It is infamous!
Although I am not going to ask her to cook cakes for all of you this is a close replica of the yumminess we all crave!
This brilliant recipe requires cooking the pear cake from its prepared raw frozen form to freshly baked for your dinner table! Make sure to keep and eye over the last 10 minutes of cooking to you can achieve a squidgy middle!
So that this can be achieved, I am only offering it in the large size.
PLEASE NOTE: This doesn’t have a sauce over the top, so I would recommend getting in either pouring cream or making some choc sauce to serve.
Please Note
This is served frozen, the mixture is raw and is to be cooked from frozen fresh for service!
It lasts in the freezer for **1 month**
It will be labelled with allergens and cooking instructions
To be collected from the ‘Lilly’s Kitchen frozen shop’ on Saturday the 7th of December only.
