Monkfish tomato and coconut curry for four - Frozen

A Lilly’s Kitchen first - my first fish curry! A delicious medium spiced curry with large meaty chunks of monkfish fresh from Billingsgate. This recipe uses a generous amount of monkfish, therefore will be sure to impress your friends for a dinner party! The curry is a rich tomato and curry base with plenty of aromatics and peppers.
Not had monkfish and not sure if you will like it? It’s prawn like in texture so it holds it’s texture but also soaks up the flavour of the curry beautifully without being too ‘fishy’ in taste or too watery - simply delish!
Great served simply with rice and a sprig of coriander to serve.
Only served in family sized (Enough for four generous portions)
