The always popular sticky toffee pudding! I make a soft and light treacle sponge with sweet dates and smother it with a thick sticky toffee caramel cream. A firm favourite in our household and I’m often making it for dinner parties! Very hearty and warming. Perfect for served with a good glug of single cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

*The pictures show the sticky toffee cake before i put the sauce on! It will have the sticky sauce on top, ready to be heated from frozen.
